COUNSELLING
Personal Counselling
We encourage members of the community to live fulfilling lives and help them deal with issues that may be bothering them. At Sound Community Centre we provide professional counselling to individuals, couples and families. Counsellors are responsive to your needs and will help you to tell your story and develop some remedies, helping you to find answers on your own.

We are committed to providing the highest level of counselling assistance that is affordable and accessible to all. Counselling is nothing to fear or feel ashamed about. People from all walks of life attend counselling. The counselling environment at the community centre is non-judgmental, understanding, caring and supportive, our professionals will give you their undivided attention and help you make sense of what is happening to you or a loved one.
